• Date of birth
• Weight and height
• Workout logs (exercises, sets, reps, loads)
• Body weight logs
• Training goals

Data generated automatically:

• Device identifier
• App usage data (features used, frequency)
• Technical device and operating system information

Authentication data:

• If you use "Continue with Apple" or "Continue with Google," we only receive the account identifier and associated email, based on what you authorize.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide the workout tracking service
• Generate personalized AI training plans and recommendations
• Process subscriptions
• Send reminder notifications (if enabled)
• Improve the App through aggregated and anonymized analysis
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

5. Security

• Data is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
• Passwords are never stored in plain text.
• Access to production data is restricted and audited.

• We keep your data while your account is active.
• When you delete your account, all your data is permanently and immediately deleted from our systems.
• Some data may be retained when legally required (e.g., billing records) for the period required by law.

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. If you reside in the European Economic Area, this transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards under GDPR.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may:

• Access: request a copy of your data (available in Profile -> "Export my data").
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data in the App.
• Erasure: delete your account and all data in Profile -> "Delete account".
• Portability: export your data in JSON format from the App.
• Objection: object to certain uses by contacting us at legal@flowgains.app.

For users in the EU/EEA, you may lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority.

9. Minors

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we detect a child account, we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the updated policy.
